I am a former Air Force officer and prosecutor here in Southwest Florida. I have handled thousands of criminal cases, from simple DUI to some of the most serious felonies. During my extensive trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney, I learned the many advantages prosecutors have against defendants and some ways to get around those advantages to even the odds on your behalf.
