Bobby Desmond is an Associate Attorney at Walters Law Group in Longwood, Florida where he focuses his practice on First Amendment, internet, and intellectual property law. He is currently admitted to practice law in New York and Florida. In addition to receiving a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and as the Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
