About Robert William Haley

Robert Haley is the Intake attorney and the Mass Tort attorney for John Bales Attorneys.  As the Intake attorney, he commonly has the first interview with potential clients to determine if our firm can help them.  The intake process is strongly rooted in the firm’s belief that life doesn’t wait, and Rob is committed to moving this process quickly and efficiently.

  As the mass tort attorney, he is reviewing cases to determine if they are part of a mass tort proceeding. After graduating from Bowling Green State University, Cum Laude , with a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Political Science, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, College of Law.

  While in law school, he served as Chairman of the University’s Moot Court Board and was named a Fellow with the Chief Justice Moyer Foundation based on his research connecting legal education programs to youth in underserved communities.
