About Roman Diveev

Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, this Russian-speaking attorney is the newest addition to the Rue & Ziffra team. Attorney Roman Diveev has been a part of the personal injury law firm of Rue & Ziffra since 2016. Primarily experienced in personal injury cases, Mr Diveev strives to utilize his skill set to provide his clients quality and well-tuned representation.

Prior to joining Rue & Ziffra, Mr Diveev has had personal injury, immigration, and general civil litigation experience with several Orlando law firms. Mr Diveev graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 3 years. While he was there, Mr Diveev specialized in Comparative and International Law.

Soon after, he attended the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr Diveev specialized in Intellectual Property Law. In 2015, he received a Book Award for his performance in Admiralty and Maritime Law. Mr Diveev is admitted to the Florida Bar and is eligible to practice in all Florida State Courts, Mr Diveev presently holds memberships with the Volusia County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
