I am a business lawyer with nearly 40 years of experience, concentrating in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. I have extensive experience in complex business litigation, business disputes, general business law, and personal injury litigation.

I have been a shareholder, equity partner, or senior trial counsel at such prestigious Florida and national firms as Fowler White Burnett (7 years), Arnstein & Lehr (now Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr) (9+ years), and others.
