Roshawn Banks is a private attorney licensed in the state of Florida since 1998 and before the US Supreme Court since 2004. She currently runs The All Law Center, PA specializing in bankruptcy, mortgage modification, credit repair and foreclosure defense while maintaining her love of criminal defense.
Attorney Banks is a former adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School. She currently runs The All Law Center, PA and is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School. Before opening her private practice in 2005, Attorney Banks represented Broward County as an Assistant County Attorney and prior to that was a member of the Public Defender's office in both Broward and Brevard counties.
Attorney Banks has also served Broward as a Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board, having heard and decided disputes between the Property Appraiser’s Office and property owners. She is a former Chair of Legal Aid Services of Broward County and elected member of the Board of Directors of the Broward County Bar Association.
Attorney Banks has published several articles, including one detailing her meeting with Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. She has been honored by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for her outstanding commitment to the protection of children. She has graciously volunteered her time for the American Stroke Association and countless other non-profits.
She has honorably served our country as a member of both the United States Navy and Army.
