About Samantha Jean Fitzgerald

As founder of the Law Offices of Samantha J. Fitzgerald, I understand the importance of providing clients with personal attention. I represents clients who are dealing with probate and estate planning issues. Knowing that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, I customize plans for clients' individual situations in order to meet their specific goals.

Having a solid background in the issues surrounding estate planning gives me the ability to develop a successful strategy for every case. Prior to earning a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000, I graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1999.

I received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and graduated cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 1996. Today, I spend my time guiding clients with compassion, focus and a commitment to each person's best interests. I stay on top of legal trends through my involvement with the Florida Lawyers Network, the Broward County Bar Association and The Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections.

My goal is to have clients for life, not just one transaction.
