About Sammy Michel Cacciatore

Sammy Cacciatore is a highly experienced and nationally renowned personal injury attorney, as well as a founding partner at Nance Cacciatore in Melbourne, Florida. In 1973, Mr Cacciatore helped rewrite legal history when his efforts in the case Jones v. Hoffman established the standard of comparative negligence in the state of Florida.

Mr Cacciatore was born and raised in Central Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree and his legal degree from Stetson University and has been practicing law since 1966. He devotes 100% of his practice to litigation and is Board-Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida State Bar. He is also Board-Certified in Medical Malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys and Board-Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
