About Samuel David Transue

Mr Transue has over 18 years of construction related experience primarily in the design and construction of building envelope components (roofs, walls, windows). Prior to and during law school, Mr Transue worked as a project engineer and consultant for various Architects/Engineers on projects throughout the country, as well as managing various residential and commercial building and roofing projects in the Central Florida area.

Mr Transue is licensed in Florida as a Certified Roofing Contractor (inactive) and Building Contractor (inactive) and is a Registered Roof Consultant (Roof Consultants Institute).  Mr Transue’s practice focuses on construction litigation representing general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
