About Sandra Cristina Perez

S. Cristina Perez-Tanner is an Associate at Butler Pappas. She concentrates the majority of her practice representing insurers in coverage disputes, global settlements, and extra-contractual matters. Cristina has experience handling pre-suit and litigated matters involving coverage disputes, liability involving automobile accidents, first-party property disputes, and extra-contractual liability, including Civil Remedy Notices of Insurer Violation and "bad faith" disputes.

Additionally, she has experience in representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability Benefits and/or Supplemental Security Income before the Social Security Administration, Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Cristina joined the firm in 2013 and previously worked for another insurance defense firm in Jacksonville, Florida.

She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2004.  Cristina graduated from Florida Coastal School of law in December 2007 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008.
