Our family law practice is led by an experienced attorney equipped to deal with all aspects of any divorce including complex child custody and support, alimony, complex financial or high-net worth assets, real property, and marital business(es) owned by one or both of the spouses.

Whistleblower & Fraud Recovery Division The Law Office of Sara J. Saba, P.A. provides whistleblower representation to clients exposing those who commit fraud against the government under the False Claims Act and Whistleblower Programs. These frauds are often against the IRS, SEC, FCPA (Federal Corrupt Practices Act), Medicare and Medicaid, Military Defense Contractors, Federal Research Grantors, CFTC and others.
