Attorney Scott L. Robbins has been licensed to practice law in the state of Florida since 1982. He was admitted to practice law in the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida in 1983 and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in 1994. As a public defender for 10 years and a private attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense and dependency/termination of parental rights cases for 17 years, attorney Robbins has defended thousands of clients in cases ranging from misdemeanor, felony, DUI, violations of probation (VOP), violations of supervised release, to first-degree murder and complex federal charges.

He has also represented thousands of parents in their dependency, termination of parental rights (TPR) and child custody cases. He also defends and secures domestic violence injunctions.
