About Scott Martin Roth

I've been a practicing attorney long enough to thoroughly know the law, and to well employ the law, in pursuit of fairness and justice for my client, whether a family law case or criminal defense matter.  I remain impassioned and compassionate about each and every case I handle and have never lost sight of the fact that people's lives are impacted by my efforts.

  I remain committed to a succesful outcome for my client, as measured by my client.  I grew up in Miami, went to UF for undergraduate school and earned my doctorates degree at Mercer Law School in 1987.  I also returned to school in 1995 in order to obtain my Master's Degree in Counselor Education at USF/FGCU in 1997.
