1 in the nation.  After graduating law school cum laude in 2009, Mr McCaskill worked as a public defender, where he tried approximately 50 cases to verdict.  As a public defender, Mr McCaskill handled cases ranging from petit theft to serious felonies and handled all DUI offenses within his division.
