About Scott Reed Stark

I am in my own Solo Private Law practice. Have extensive experience in Real Estate/Mortgage Defense/Civil Litigation, bankruptcy, Criminal Law, and Business Law. Was a State Attorney for 6th Judicial district out of law school. I have experience outside my Legal Practice as well.  I am well rounded.

This has given me insight in working with different people outside my chosen legal field. From 1998 to 2005 , I took a hiatus from the practice of law to teach Elementary Physical Education in Pinellas County , Florida. I also worked extensively for the US Census in 2010 as an enumerator, Office Manager in Recruiting, Crew Leader, and finally Field Operation Supervisor for the entire South Tampa Area for Nonresponsive Followup, a position of great responsibility.

I had 8 crew leaders and 80+ enumerators under me. I had a huge role in the success of the 2010 Census in the Tampa Area.
