Seth M. Lehrman litigates class actions, in state and federal courts in Florida, California, and across the United States. He represents consumers and businesses in class action and whistleblower cases to hold corporate wrongdoers accountable. Mr Lehrman also serves as class-counsel in class action cases involving hidden fees, unfair insurance practices, dangerous or defective products, consumer fraud, false and deceptive advertising, and credit reporting issues.
Mr Lehrman is an experienced electronic discovery practitioner and is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). Mr Lehrman is a member of the The Florida Bar, the State Bar of California, and various other federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, serves on the AAJ's Public Education Committee, Florida Justice Association, and Broward County Justice Association. The Legal Aid Society of Broward County has recognized Mr Lehrman several times for his outstanding contribution of pro bono legal service.

He has also been selected as a Top Rated Lawyer by ALM & Martindale-Hubbell. In between injuries, Mr Lehrman enjoys running, paddleboarding and playing Lacrosse. He is a proud of the Buzzards, a men's masters lacrosse team in South Florida. He's coached youth soccer and lacrosse in South FLorida for more than eight years as a volunteers.
He's a volunteer board member of the Daniel D. Cantor Senior Center, a hub of social, educational and recreational activities for seniors in the North West part of Broward County, Florida. Mr Lehrman recently joined the board of the Cornell University College of Human Ecology Alumni Association (HEAA), to help promote the college's mission of "Improving lives by exploring and shaping human connections to natural, social and built environments.
