Serena's intellectual property practice includes U.S. and international trademark clearance searches, U.S. and international trademark registration, Florida state trademarks, and trademark enforcement actions. The Law Office of Minott Gore serves entrepreneurs and small business owners in corporate transactional matters, from profit and non-profit corporate formations to corporate governance agreements, third-party agreements and intellectual property licensing arrangements.
