Ms. Zust graduated from Spruce Creek High School in the top 10% of her class. Thereafter, she attended Daytona Beach Community College where she earned an A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies in 1987 with Cum Laude honors. She then attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1989 with Cum Laude honors.
Ms. Zust attended law school at Florida State University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree in Law in 1991, with honors. From 1991 through 1995, Ms. Zust was a criminal prosecutor with the Volusia County State Attorney's Office. She has been in private practice since leaving the State Attorney's Office in 1995.
Thereafter, she began to concentrate her practice on bankruptcy issues. Her practice is primarily the representation of individuals in bankruptcy proceedings, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. She has filed over 4,000 bankruptcy cases, and has been involved in over 100 trials. Ms. Zust was born and raised in Florida.
She has been married for over 25 years, and she has two children. She enjoys traveling, water sports, and spending time with her family.
