Shontane Spiegel, a lifelong resident of Florida, was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Her deep community roots, passion for people, and desire to help those who need it most allow her to provide clients with dedicated legal services. As one of Florida’s up and coming attorneys, she offers her clients a distinguished combination of legal expertise and a compassionate approach to client representation.

Whether she is helping you with a comprehensive estate plan, guiding a matter through the probate process or assisting a trustee or beneficiary with the administration of a trust, her zealous advocacy and relentless focus on personalized service sets her apart from her peers. Prior to opening her private practice, Shontane worked for prominent firms, where she honed her legal skills on a variety of matters.

She worked closely with many of the firm’s senior partners to successfully represent clients in the Tampa Bay area. Through this experience, she learned to treat people with respect and weigh each decision with careful consideration. Now she leads Spiegel Law, PLLC by example in constantly striving to provide distinguished and extraordinary service to her clients.

Shontane is passionate about helping individuals and families transfer their wealth and values to their loved ones with minimal taxes and expenses while avoiding probate. She understands that sometimes this is not always an option. She has acquired extensive experience in the probate courts in the Tampa Bay area, preparing court filings, and is well acquainted with the court’s local rules.

She understands how complicated probate can be and guides her clients through the various stages of the process. When Shontane is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog and working out.
