Mr Morgan was admitted to the Florida Bar after graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 1996. Before that, he graduated with honors from James Madison University and made Dean’s List while studying at the University of Salamanca in Spain. During law school, Mr Morgan interned for the Chief Federal Magistrate of the Southern District of Florida, William Turnoff, and interned for the Chief Immigration Judge at the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
Upon graduation, the substantial majority of his cases were defending personal injury claims on behalf of the insurance companies. This gave Mr Morgan a unique insight into how insurance companies make decisions. Upon leaving the state’s largest litigation firm, Carlton Fields, in 2001, Mr Morgan decided to follow his passion and has been exclusively representing individuals in all types of claims for injuries against insurance companies and large corporations.
Mr Morgan does not represent insurance companies and will not in the future. Mr Morgan is admitted to practice law in all of the State Courts in Florida as well as Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida.
