Stephen is an attorney with a strong background in estate planning and a deep commitment to his legal practice. A. at the age of 16. After completing his education at J.W. Mitchell High School and graduating in 2010, Stephen received a scholarship to the University of Tampa. During his time there, he excelled academically and gained valuable experience as a summer intern for US Congressman Gus Bilirakis in Washington, D.
C. Stephen graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in Government and World Affairs, with a concentration in Politics. Following his undergraduate studies, Stephen earned a full scholarship to Ave Maria School of Law, located in Naples, Florida. During his time at law school, Stephen interned at Skipper & Skipper, P.
A., where he applied his classroom knowledge in a practical setting. He also volunteered his time to assist the disadvantaged in Collier County by volunteering to prepare estate planning documents. Stephen's commitment to the legal profession led him to pursue further specialization in the field. In recognition of his expertise, he received a Certification from the National Society for Legal Technology during his final year at Ave Maria School of Law.
After graduating in May 2019 and passing the Florida Bar Exam in July of the same year, Stephen was admitted to the Florida Bar on November 5, 2019. Stephen immediately embarked on his legal career at Skipper & Skipper, P.A., where he focuses on estate planning matters. His expertise and dedication to the field have earned him recognition in the legal community.
Stephen is an active member of two prominent estate planning organizations: the Estate Planning Attorneys Association and the Gulf Coast Estate Planning Council. Through his involvement in these organizations, Stephen stays abreast of the latest developments in estate planning and collaborates with other professionals in the field.
In addition to his involvement in the estate planning community, Stephen is an active member of the West Pasco Bar Association. He currently serves as the Vice President of the association, demonstrating his commitment to the local legal community and his leadership within the organization. While Stephen's legal practice primarily serves clients in downtown New Port Richey and the surrounding areas, he also maintains connections to Naples, where he continues to serve clients and collaborate with attorneys in Collier County.
Outside of his legal career, Stephen enjoys indulging in his hobbies, including cars, reading, watching documentaries, music, travel, cooking, and exploring the vibrant Tampa Bay area. He cherishes spending quality time with his family and his dog, Amicus Curiae (Ami), which means "Friend of the Court" in Latin.
