About Stephen Henry Davis
I have been practicing immigration law full time for 30+ years. I have helped clients from over 183 countries. I consider myself a “country lawyer” because I “work with companies and individuals who want to work and live in America: Where dreams become a reality…and Freedom is more than a dream.” I focus on employment-based cases including international experts in business, science, art, health and sports. I co-authored both editions of the Florida Bar’s continuing legal education books on immigration law as well as written chapters for many seminar manuals. I have lectured at national seminars for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Bar and the Lorman education services. I am listed in Who’s Who in American Law, and Law and Leading Attorneys. I was an adjunct professor for immigration law at the Florida Coastal School of Law. I obtained the first E-2 Treaty Investor Visa for clients purchasing an existing U.S. business under the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement. I am a member of many organizations including the GlobalJax, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Jacksonville Sister Cities, First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, First Coast Lawyers Forum, and the Fellowship of Ft. Knox Immigration Lawyers.
