I have an extensive pre-law background in research and development in the areas of biotechnology and medical devices where I was the R&D representative for various new product development teams.  For me, the attorney-client relationship is one grounded in teamwork to try and achieve an optimal outcome based on the unique circumstances of the legal matter, whether the legal matter involves a transactional matter (e.
