Tabitha A. Taylor is a Co-Managing Partner at Bryant Taylor Law, PLLC, with offices in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach County, Florida, serving clients all across the country. Bryant Taylor Law is a full-service firm with both defense and plaintiff experience litigating in state and federal complex commercial litigation, employment defense and business disputes.
Ms. Taylor's practice is primarily focused on contractual disputes in areas such as private lending, employment, civil, corporate, and probate and trust litigation. She also has experience in partnership and corporate dissolutions, HOA and COA law, foreclosures, and mortgages. Tabitha received her juris doctor degree, cum laude , from theUniversity of Florida Levin College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Taylor competed in multiple interscholastic competitions. She twice competed in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, winning the championship at the Regional level and placing Final Four at the National level. As a member of the Business Moot Court team, Ms. Taylor competed in the prestigious Intellectual Property Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition in Atlanta, Georgia.
She is also the recipient of the University of Florida’s Pro Bono certificate and Book Award for Trial Practice, and was selected as a teaching assistant for the Advanced Trial Practice program at the University of Florida. During law school, Ms. Taylor served as a judicial intern for the Honorable T.
Lane Wilson at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Prior to joining Bryant Taylor Law, Ms. Taylor was a partner at Yarnell Taylor Nieves, and an Associate at a large AM Law 200 international insurance defense firm in West Palm Beach, focusing her practice on coverage, appellate matters, and general liability defense.
Currently, Ms. Taylor is member of the Florida Bar Leadership Committee and Class V fellow of the Florida Bar Leadership Academy. She also sits on the Broward County Bar Association's Hispanic Lawyers Committee and the Palm Beach Bar Association’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion, and is the co-chair of the Diversity Internship Program.
