About Teeluck Persad

With over 20 years in the legal profession, I have had the opportunity to work with great people and businesses.  My experience spans from litigiation to transactional cases...from complex civil litigation to complex criminal litigation....from business formation to mergers and acquisitions.  I have represented multi-national companies and government entities, while making time to also provide pro-bono services to many in my community.

  My unique understanding of the many cultures within our community also gives me the insight needed to be an effective mediator.  I have successfully mediated numerous cases, from simple contract disputes to complex multi milion dollar claims. I also take time to teach these skills to other lawyers and mediators.

  Despite all of these accomplishments, my true treasure is my family. Quality time with my wife, kids and other family members is a priority.
