As a graduate of the University of Florida and Texas Wesleyan School of Law, I have been practicing for approximately 20 years in the field of Bankruptcy Law.  I practice "with a personal touch" and take a personal interest in each and every case.  The practice of law is not a business but rather a guide to assisting those needing help, to reach the financial goals they are attempting to reach.

  I not only educate clients on the different aspects of bankruptcy, I inform and direct them as to which is best suitable for their individual sitation, guiding them through the entire process.  The stress of medical bills, collections, creditor phone calls, foreclosure and student loans are agonizing to most people.

  I try guide my clients in a direction of easing the stress while attempting to discharge debts or enter into payment programs which are more bearable.  I analyze options and seek relief for those who are not able to do it for themselves.
