 Ted moved to Florida in 1960 from Michigan and began his firm in 1990.  Over the 32 years that he has been in practice, Ted has helped hundreds of families qualify for Medicaid and to protect the assets that they have worked a lifetime to save and pass on to loved ones. Ted is a frequent lecturer to a variety of civic and professional organizations, and on television, on legal issues affecting the elderly.

His wife, Michelle, is a Civil Engineer and works as a Project Manager for ICON Consultant Group, Inc. Together, they are raising two sons, Robert and Riley.
