About Thomas Allan Berger

Born in Cleveland Ohio, Mr Berger moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1973. He attended high school at Pine Crest Prep School in Fort Lauderdale. Mr Berger received a BA in history from Tulane University. He then attended the University of Florida College of law, graduating with honors in 1989. Mr Berger has concentrated his career to civil and construction defense.

Before joining Boyd and Jenerette, P.A., he was a partner at Flanagan, Maniotis and Berger and was the lead attorney at the firm on all construction litigation. Mr Berger has represented general contractors and sub-contractors in complex matters. He has been involved in all forms of construction litigation from high rise condominiums to single family homes and has been involved in cases from Vero Beach to Miami.

Mr Berger is married with three children. He is involved in many local civic organizations including the West Boca Community Council and the Construction Oversight Review Committee of the Palm Beach County School Board.
