Thomas McGuire is a battle-hardened defense attorney. There is only one way to get battle hardened. That is survive the ordeal of many trials where clients are facing significant prison time and the defendant is claiming his innocence. Originally a prosecutor and civil injury attorney from New Jersey, Mr McGuire moved to Pensacola, Florida where he practiced criminal law in the public defenders office for 10 years and in civil practice for 12 years gaining valuable experience in in civil and criminal litigation.
