About Thomas John Tollefsen

Mr Tollefsen is an attorney who has been practicing law since 2003.  For over ten years his practrice has focused nearly exclusively on all phases of litigation and trial practice related to complex construction and real estate disputes. He represents home owners, contractors, and sub-contractors.  He obtained his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Nebraska in 1999.

Upon graduating from The University of Michigan Law School, he served as a law clerk for the Hon. John F. Wright of the Nebraska Supreme Court  He lives in Jacksonville and is licensed to practice in Florida and California and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In his spare time, Mr Tollefsen is a documentary filmmaker and active musician.
