EXPERIENCE: Mr Rogers' areas of professional concentration are asset protection, wealth preservation, estate planning, trusts, probate administration, business, charitable and tax planning.

He has been a lecturer and instructor on asset protection, estate and charitable planning for attorneys, accountants, financial planners, stock brokers, insurance agents, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Wealth Strategies Institute, WealthCounsel, LLC, the Florida Forum, the Mid-South Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys and the public.

Prior to practicing law, Thom practiced in the tax departments of international, regional and local accounting firms. PERSONAL: Married to Krista, a practicing estate planning attorney who works with Thom; daughter, Amanda, a videographer in Edinburgh, Scotland; golden retrievers, Sophie and Sadie.
