This attorney was hired by my landlord to write a simple addendum to our lease.
She turned this into a full criminal act that I had committed.
She was disrespectful, not informed and harassed me and continues to do so.
I was a tenant in good standing and paid my rent in full. I had to move out because of health issues and she advised her client to keep my deposit.
She has lied to me numerous times and does not get back to me.
I would not recommend this woman Tiara Fields for any legal advice. She is an experienced and threatening person.

This attorney took on a case where my landlord was ignorant of her responsibility as a landlord. I was a tenant in good standing. My rent was not delinquent, but the landlord was negligent in repairing the property I was renting.
Ms. Fields wrote me, a senior single woman with disabilities threatening letters and was very rude and disrespectful. Her client was in the wrong and I was being harassed and threatened to fulfill my obligations.
I was living with mold surrounding the house and the backyard was flooded and unusable. When the landlord asked me to be released out of my lease, I agreed. I am on social security and a fixed income and Ms. Fields refused to negotiate my deposit refund to help me get moved. Now she does not answer my emails.
She’s very inexperienced, rude and just takes a case to make money. She clearly did not understand the situation of this case.
