Ms. El Fadel’s experience in commercial litigation allows Ms. El Fadel to handle more complex dissolution actions which involve business issues to be considered in any divorce action. Education, Qualifications and Scholastic Achievements Ms. El Fadel is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of New Jersey.
Ms. El Fadel’s educational accolades range from graduating cum laude from the Shepard Broad Law School at Nova Southeastern University to serving as the past Notes and Comments Editor for the Nova Law Review and serving as the Chairperson for Problem Research and Development committee for the law schools moot court program.
Professional Experience Upon entering into the practice of law with our Firm in 2011, Ms. El Fadel quickly distinguished herself as a respected and tenacious trial advocate for our clients and is noted for overturning a local government ordinance through her thorough and effective constitutional law representation of one of our Firm’s clients.
Ms. El Fadel is a proud member of the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court where she serves on the executive board and has served as a member of the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Rules and Forms Committee for the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
