Tod B. Eikner, a Fort Lauderdale native, earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida in 1989, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University in 1994. Over his 29-year tenure with memberships in the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations, Tod has adeptly navigated the legal landscape.

Throughout his career, Tod has represented both plaintiffs and insurance companies across diverse cases, including those involving automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, trip and fall incidents, wrongful death claims, and trucking accidents in Florida and Georgia.
