Tracy A. Jurgus is a Senior Associate at Butler Pappas. Tracy focuses on the defense of first-party property insurance matters. Tracy was born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois, and received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago in 1997. She received her Juris Doctorate from St.

Thomas University School of Law in 2000, and  Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001. Prior to joining Butler Pappas, Tracy focused on the defense of automobile negligence and premises liability matters. In 2010 she was selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers - Florida Edition magazine.

She is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Illinois.
