About Tracy Ann Smith

Tracy was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. She is a Rutherford High School graduate. Tracy received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. After graduating Tracy attended Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon receiving her law degree, Tracy chose to move back home to Bay County.

In 2003, she began her legal career at the State Attorney's Office in Panama City, Florida. As an Assistant State Attorney, Tracy represented the people of the 14th Judicial Circuit and prosecuted thousands of felony cases. Tracy is excited to join Perry & Young and continue to represent those who have been injured.
