Tremaine L. Hemans, Esq. is a Jamaican born, Florida Barred Immigration Lawyer. She is the managing attorney and CEO of the Hemans Law Group, P.A. based in Miami and Fort Lauderdale Florida and is eligible to practice U.S. Immigration law in all 50 U.S. She is a 2019 graduate of the FIU College of Law in Miami, Florida.

  In law school, Mrs. Hemans interned in the Miami Immigration Court, with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) for the Department of Homeland Security, and numerous law firms in the Miami area. Mrs. Hemans has been featured in several publications and television programs discussing her passion and advocacy in immigration and personal injury law such as the Daily Business Review, Miami Herald, Jamaica Observer, Television Jamaica (TVJ), CVM Television, and other publications.

Tremaine’s passion lies in advocating for the rights of immigrants and clients seeking justice and their American Dream just as she had when she entered the United States. She specializes in family-based, visa, and removal defense immigration law cases and Florida car accident and slip and fall personal injury cases.

 She is a member of the Florida Bar, The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and serves as a notary public in the State of Florida.
