Valerie Kiffin Lewis, Esquire is an Employment Lawyer who, as a sole practitioner and owner of Valerie Kiffin Lewis, P.A., practices almost exclusively in the areas of Employment Discrimination, and Employment and Labor Law.  Her extensive knowledge, background, and experience on employment-related matters makes her a perfect choice for employers and employees who seek legal guidance on issues that address the current workplace.

   Mrs. Kiffin Lewis frequently lectures on the rights of employers and employees in an increasingly diverse American workforce.  She has and continues to provide employee training in the areas of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Pregnancy Discrimination, The American with Disabilities Act, The Family Medical Leave Act, ADEA, and other laws affecting the employment arena.

Mrs. Kiffin Lewis is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, certified in all areas recognized by the State of Florida.  She established The Resolution Group ("TRG"), a d/b/a for Employment Dispute Resolutions, Inc., a company designed to assist employers and employees amicably resolve workplace disputes.

 Her mission is to promote the best in employer-employee relationships.  Mrs. Kiffin Lewis is a contract mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), and has been so since the inception of its ADR program in 1999.  Additionally, she is a contract mediator with the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County.

 She serves as a mediator on a number of panels.  Ms. Kiffin Lewis currently serves as a board member on Florida's Mediator's Qualification Board, and has served as Chair for the Southern Division.  She also serves on the board for Florida's National Employment Lawyer's Association, and is involved in an array of other professional and civic activities.

Valerie Kiffin Lewis, Esquire is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School, where she served as board member of the Moot Court Society and as Legal Research Assistant.  Mrs. Kiffin Lewis interned as a law clerk for the Federal Disctrict Court, Southern District of Florida, and was a Judicial Staff Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida.

 Her hobbies include world traveling, sewing, and interior decorating.
