Veronica Doss, Esq. has been providing in-house general counsel services since she became licensed by the Florida Bar in 2013. Her mantra is that she was a "businessperson first, and then became a lawyer". Before becoming an attorney, Veronica managed a busy real estate office for a commercial and residential real estate developer for over 10 years.
During this time she honed her business skills that help her every day in the legal arena by matching business needs with legal needs. As in-house counsel she handled a wide variety of legal areas that affect businesses, including corporate law, complex commercial litigation, partnership disputes, creditor collections, construction law, real estate litigation and transactions, and landlord/tenant law.
In 2015, Mrs. Doss, started her own law firm, Interra Law Firm, P.A., to meet the specialized legal needs of everyday real estate investors. She has also developed a niche for clearing Homeowner and Condominium Association liens after foreclosure, and in 2014 she represented the Plaintiff in a landmark Florida case opening the door for foreclosure purchasers to dispute Association debts after foreclosure.
The case was Pudlit v. Westwood Gardens HOA, No. 4D14-1385 (Fla. 4th DCA).
