About Vijay S.R. Choksi

Vijay Choksi is an Attorney, focusing his practice on Business Transactions, Regulated Substances and First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty Claims. Vijay worked as a Law Clerk for a regional full-service business firm, where he gained experience in insurance defense cases. He also gained experience in business transactions, as well as intellectual property law, while working as a Law Clerk for Seal Shield and Legal Extern for TRUMP Dezer Development.

Vijay earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Vijay was on the Board of Governors for The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Law Student Division, Co-Founder of the Asian Pacific American Law Association, Representative-Elect of the Student Bar Association, and President of the Broward County Bar Association – NSU Chapter.

Vijay was also awarded numerous honors, including The FL Bar Membership Award from The FL Bar YLD Law Student Division, Broward County Bar Association Constitutional Day Excerpt Reader, NSU Law Ambassador, Faculty Scholarship Recipient, Dean’s List for two semesters, and NSU Student Spotlight. Vijay is fluent in Gujarati.
