About Warren P Duffy

As an Associate with Herman and Wells P.A., Mr. Duffy focus on insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, and general civil litigation. Warren Duffy is from Dalton Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2001, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science. Mr. Duffy moved to Florida in 2006 and currently resides in Dunedin with his wife and three daughters. Mr. Duffy graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2016, earning his Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Mr. Duffy worked for AAA as a personal lines insurance agent working with dozens of insurance companies in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. In addition to the insurance industry, Mr. Duffy has also worked for the Massachusetts State Senate, the real-estate industry, and colleges.
