William B. Collum

About William B. Collum

William B. Collum is an Associate at Butler Pappas. William practices in the area of first party property coverage. William received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude , from Stetson University in 2008 where he was a member of multiple national academic and leadership honor societies.

  He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude , from Stetson University College of Law in 2013 where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board and received the Victor O. Whele Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.  William was also inducted into the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi.

  While in law school, William worked as a full-time law clerk for the Construction Practice Group at Carlton Fields, P.A. William is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all state courts and all federal district courts of Florida.  Additionally, William is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
