About William Fred Meyer
William F. (Bill) Meyer is a former Assistant State Attorney in Brevard County. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1982 and tries criminal/DUI jury trials. He is a member of the Brevard County Bar and Federal Bar – Middle District of Florida with over 22 years experience. He has been lead counsel in over 150 jury trials and knows precisely what defines a valid arrest. Not all arrests lead to conviction. All consultations are done in the privacy of our office. With the exception of public records, all documents and conversations are kept strictly confidential. Your arrest may require spending time in jail until a bond hearing can be held and bail is satisfied. Mr. Meyer will attend all required hearings with you and try to get bond reduced. Mr. Meyer will attend all preliminary hearings for you. You’ll only have to attend the final resolution. If you live out of town many criminal cases can be handled without your returning to Brevard County, saving you the travel expenses (phone consultations are available). A considerable amount of time is needed to gather the evidence needed to successfully defend a DUI or criminal case. Even if the case is not defendable, many times we can minimize fines and penalties. We realize this can be a stressful and financially draining time for you. We will work with you to determine the best method of payment that can accommodate your budget and take any additional pressure off of you.
