William "Bill" Kassebaum started his legal career as an intern for over 3+ years in the Public Defender's office for Miami-Dade County and interned in the first "drug court" in the United States for the now elected "Public Defender" Carlos J. Martinez in front of the Honorable Stanley Goldstein. All three partners of KRA have years of criminal experience either having worked/interned for the Public Defender's Office or Broward State Attorney's office. We focus our criminal practice area in DUI, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, Hydroponic Grow Houses, Possession, Prostitution and more. Mr. Kassebaum is also a licensed Florida real estate "workout" attorney and real estate developer/broker specializing in all real estate matters including but not limited to landlord /tenant both residential and commercial evictions, lease negotiations, development, land use, zoning, and entitlement matters.
