About William Lawrence Tucker
Mr. Tucker is a valued associate with the Firm’s Business Litigation and Probate practice groups. His practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation in both federal and state courts, representing financial institutions, shareholders, partnerships, corporations, real estate developers and investors, real estate brokers, and other business entities. Mr. Tucker counsels his litigation clients on an array of matters, including business disputes, injunctive suits, alternative entity litigation, contract claims, condominium litigation, probate litigation, and compliance issues with federal and state regulatory schemes. Mr. Tucker also counsels clients in the areas of estate (probate) administration, trust administration, and estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents. Mr. Tucker is uniquely positioned to advise the firm’s clients undergoing review of their compliance with financial regulations at the federal and state level because he worked within the financial sector prior to obtaining his law degree, gaining in-depth knowledge with capital markets. Mr. Tucker’s representation of his clients is informed by his personal experience as he guides his clients through their potential legal exposure to agency investigations, federal securities and commodity laws, and Blue Sky laws across the county. Mr. Tucker has also represented clients in courts across the country in matters related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission proceedings, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
