I am licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and have been licensed since 1977 by the Florida Supreme Court. I have also been certified by the United States District Court to practice in Federal Court. My practice for the past forty-three (43) years has consisted in substantial part in litigating workers’ compensation cases throughout South Florida. I have also represented in the past both insurance carriers and claimants, however, for many years, undersigned has solely represented claimants in complex and catastrophic workers’ compensation cases. I regularly attend educational conferences, seminars and CLE programs sponsored by the Florida Bar in the area of tort law and workers’ compensation, and I have been a requested speaker for The Florida Bar in seminars involving workers’ compensation and circuit court procedure. I was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer for twenty-five (25) years and have testified as an expert witness in litigation. I have also been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Court Arbitrator and have been selected by the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator and has arbitrated and mediated many cases. I am a member of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Fee Dispute Committee, Civil Practice Committee, and was a three (3) year member and Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, 15A. Additionally, I have been designated many years by the Florida Bar as a Certified Fee Arbitrator to resolve attorney fee disputes in Palm Beach County between attorneys and clients.
