About William Michael Chapman
I specialize in the representation of injured individuals and their families as a result of the negligence of others. Prior to forming the Law Firm of Hogan & Chapman, P.L., I prosecuted and defended complex personal injury matters, which included medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and abuse, premises liability, vehicular crashes and wrongful death. My professional experience includes my affiliation with two large insurance defense firms having represented numerous physicians, hospitals, nurses and other healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities throughout the State of Florida in complex litigation cases and administrative matters. In 1998, I received is Bachelor of Science degree in pre-law from Nova Southeastern University. In 2001, I earned a juris doctorate (J.D.) degree with Honors (Cum Laude) from the University of Miami School of Law. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Washington, D.C. I am also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
