About William Stuart Kramer
William S. Kramer is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate lawyer, specializing in both real estate law and business/corporate law. With more than 30 years of experience, he represents banks and other lenders, investors, developers, builders, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants in a wide range of complex real estate matters in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. He also serves as outside counsel to large and small closely held businesses and health care practices. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice law in Florida and is Chair of the Florida Bar’s Real Estate Certification Committee. He has previously served as chair of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Real Estate Committee, the Florida Bar’s Boca Raton Area Grievance Committee, the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Liaison Committee with CPAs, and the City of Parkland Code Enforcement Board. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Council and is the Chair of the Board of Directors for SOS Children’s Villages in Broward County. He lectures extensively at professional conferences and seminars on topics pertaining to corporate/business and real estate law. Mr. Kramer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Florida. After graduating, he passed the CPA exam the same year, and then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court team.
