About William Turner Abel
Bill Abel received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, with honors, and has practiced trial law in Florida for more than 20 years. He is board certified as a specialist in civil trial law by The Florida Bar. Bill limits his practice to representing individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injury or wrongful death. Early in his career, Bill worked as a Staff Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County where he worked closely with civil judges, learning the inner workings of the court system. Bill previously worked for some of the largest insurance companies in the world, including AIG and Zurich, which provided invaluable insight into the insurance carrier’s case evaluating process. Bill is the third generation of his family to call Palm Beach County home. When he is not helping clients, Bill enjoys spending time with his family. Bill not only wants to be a forceful advocate for his clients, he wants to provide sage advice during a difficult time in their lives. The mission of the Palm Beach Public Orchestral Strings Foundation is to raise money and awareness for the strings program at Palm Beach Public Elementary School. Students receive free instruments and free instruction before and after school. The program is the largest elementary school choice program in the State of Florida.
